Mother Lucille Spann

Mother Lucille V. Spann has served as National Hospitality President since her appointment in 1996. She also served as State Supervisor for 16 years in the New Jersey First Jurisdiction under the late Bishop Esau Courtney, Sr. Currently, Mother Spann serves as a Steering and Program Committee member for the COGIC International Women’s Convention and Mid Atlantic Regional Representative for the National Supervisor. She is the wife of Bishop David Washington Spann, Sr. and the State President of the Minister Wives Circle for the Greater Maryland First Jurisdiction where Bishop Spann serves as the Jurisdictional Prelate.
